Responsibilities:

- Performance Optimization: Implement optimization techniques to enhance website speed, performance, and overall user experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Proven experience in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
