We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Belleville. As a Production Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, and that our products meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain production equipment.

- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Record production data and maintain records of materials used.

- Assemble, package, and label finished products.

- Assist with inventory management and control.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Good ENGLISH communication and teamwork skills.

- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Shift Timings:

- Morning Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

- Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

- Night Shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

You must be able for at least 2 shifts.
